Shipping Policy

AEGIS Professional is a trading name of Bosworth Group Ltd. This policy explains where we deliver, what delivery costs and when to expect your order.

1. Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We are unable to accept orders for delivery outside the UK.

2. Delivery charges

Under £50	£4.99 standard delivery
£50 and over	Free standard delivery

The AEGIS Q-2218 blender, the two-jug bundle and the spare 1.8L jug all qualify for free delivery. All prices and delivery charges include VAT. The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

3. Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1 business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed at a weekend or on a bank holiday are dispatched on the next business day.

4. Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we will email you to confirm the carrier and give you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

5. If your order has not arrived

If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please email aftersales@aegisprofessional.co.uk with your order number and we will look into it with the carrier.

6. Checking your delivery

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as you can with your order number and, where possible, photos. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for how we put things right. Your statutory rights are not affected.
